EMDR therapy helps people heal from the effects of adverse life experiences and traumatic events.
EMDR uses eye movements or audio tones to help access the mind’s information processing system. This promotes a natural healing that often takes less time than other therapy approaches. This approach does not require you to talk in detail about what you’ve experienced, which has been comforting for many clients.
